    Materials to prepare:
    2 servings / Cooking time: approx. 15 minutes

    ▫️Spaghetti 1.6mm …… 160g
    ▫️Extra virgin olive oil …… 60cc
    ▫️2 cloves of minced garlic
    ▫️Red peppers …… 2 stalks
    ▫️Salt …… appropriate amount
    ▫️Karasumi powder (for finishing) …… 20g
    ▫️ Sliced karasumi (for garnishing) …… 4g ※It tastes even better if you have some
    ▫️ Radish sprouts (for finishing) …… a little

    ■ For pasta
    ⁡
    Add salt to plenty of water and bring to a boil.
    Coarse salt …… 30g (approximately 1% salt content)

    How to make it
    ⁡
    1. Add olive oil, garlic, and red pepper to a frying pan and heat.
    2. When the garlic starts to roast and become fragrant, turn off the heat and add about 4 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water.
    3. Add the boiled pasta to the sauce in the frying pan and emulsify, then add salt to taste.
    4. Turn off the heat, add half the karasumi powder and mix well.
    5. Place the pasta on a plate and top with the remaining karasumi powder and sliced karasumi.Top with sprouts and it's done.

    Materials to prepare:
    2 servings / Cooking time: approx. 15 minutes
    ⁡
    ▫️Spaghetti 1.6mm …… 160g
    ▫️Extra virgin olive oil …… 60cc
    ▫️2 cloves of minced garlic
    ▫️Red peppers …… 2 stalks
    ▫️Salt …… appropriate amount
    ▫️Karasumi powder (for finishing) …… 20g
    ▫️ Sliced karasumi (for garnishing) …… 4g ※It tastes even better if you have some
    ▫️ Radish sprouts (for finishing) …… a little

    ■ For pasta
    ⁡
    Add salt to plenty of water and bring to a boil.
    Coarse salt …… 30g (approximately 1% salt content)
    ⁡
    How to make it
    ⁡
    1. Add olive oil, garlic, and red pepper to a frying pan and heat.
    2. When the garlic starts to roast and become fragrant, turn off the heat and add about 4 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water.
    3. Add the boiled pasta to the sauce in the frying pan and emulsify, then add salt to taste.
    4. Turn off the heat, add half the karasumi powder and mix well.
    5. Place the pasta on a plate and top with the remaining karasumi powder and sliced karasumi.Top with sprouts and it's done.
